I just have to mention a little thing that has happened to me recently (last night actually). Well room-mate is definitely back! Last night we got into a heated discussion about the movie Alexander. (We usually get into heated discussions about many things religion, politics, and children) but last night room-mate made a very rude comment about homosexuals, I can't even remember what he said but I finally told my opinion!

Usually, I just allow him to rattle on and on about shit because I believe it makes him feel special or something, also because I don't think he's actually spoken to someone who has an opinion other than the one he holds.

But back to last night, he said a very rude thing and then started his laughing (which honestly I could slap him every time he laughs, I don't know what it is but it gives me chills). Immediately he noticed I wasn't laughing.
He says "Come on that was funny!"
To which I say "No it wasn't and I would appreciate that kind of comment not to be said in my presence I do not agree with that kind of prejudice!"
To which he complains "My best friend is gay and he doesn't care if I make fun of him. Hell he makes of himself and straight people, Nik he makes fun of you!"
(Just to point out---why would telling me that someone I do not know has made fun of me be realistic statement in this conversation? Did room-mate actually think when I was told about 'gay best friend' I would change my opinion about the joke NOT BEING FUNNY?)
To which I said "I do not care what your friend does, I do not like it and I don't want to hear it!"
To which he says "I'm not a homo-phobe or anything"
To which once again I had to actually look at him and sigh because I just couldn't believe these 'defenses' were actually trying to help him! I calmly say "No, I never said you were! I just believe that a nation such as ours doesn't need to make light of the seriousness of prejudice! Boyfriends best friend is overweight and he makes fun of himself because he doesn't want others to do it first. One of my good friends is gay and he also makes fun of himself to not make other people feel uncomfortable. They do this because of people who make jokes and laugh at other jokes, they feel like if they can't make fun of themselves they will never be accepted and I don't think that people who are a minority or 'not the norm' need to be made fun of. Now if you do have a friend that is gay CONGRATULATIONS!!!! but personally as a woman I would never want you to say that you have a woman friend after you said something nasty about women (which he often does)!"
This made him say "fine, I will say nothing else"

AND HE DIDN'T!!! for the rest of the night he didn't say a word to me! Or to boyfriend! I'm living with someone in kindergarten who cannot accept the fact that not everyone thinks jokes about women, homosexuals, people from the middle-east, or any other minority is funny. WE CANNOT ALL BE WHITE MALES, and I'm tired of hearing jokes about others like we're better than others.

Sorry--I'll step down from my soapbox now! And George says hello to all and he says he hopes he sees you all on Hollow's Eve. (evil laugh coming from the next room)ha ha ha ha

I have created the only witch who haunts those that are unfashionable! George {wink to scratch} is no taller than 2ft, and s/he has wild hair needing a good brush-but a brush doesn't work on wire. (laughs wicked again)ha ha ha ha...

George carries a cape made with black cat hair that can transform into vicous tigers. There are also spell jewels on the lower part of the cape and with a slight stir from George's pelvic area there are spells slamming into enemies! (laughs wicked again)ha ha ha ha...

George comes in the night and takes all clothes that do not match and s/he leaves fashionable shoes to those who have been good this year. As white a ghost s/he can get you. You must all be fearful (laughs wicked again)ha ha ha ha...

Oh no what is this? GEORGE I knew I should never have bought that two-piece, PLEASE BELIEVE ME!!!! I meant no harm....

Well today I have to start a project for my English class. I'm making a monster (wwwwhooooo). I think it'll be fun. It better get me an A since I just spent 50 dollars on the damn materials!

My monster isn't really going to be scary though. She's more of a diva. Granted she wears all black and all that but she wears diamonds (she doesn't know they only cost $1.50, so sssssssssshhhhhh). She also wears sequins, and a nice little hat. So she's not scary but she gives it her best effort, and I tell her that's all that matters.

Thanks for all the help with Lilith? I still like Lilly better, I started some research last night but I will have to continue later.

Hello to all again

NO!!! I'm not naked this time...stupid room-mate is coming back today. I was hoping that he would forget his way or something but no such luck!

Actually, I would like to ask a question to all my fellow bloggers. If you are not a Christian please do not get offended, I mean no harm by this (and I guess that goes equally to all the Christians as well).

Okay I am in a "gothic and horror" english class at MTSU, and we have been reading about vampires. Started with Dracula and now we have crossed over to Interview with the Vampire (much better than Dracula in my own personal opinion). Anyway after every book we (the idiots of the land- commonly referred to as students) have to research a topic (given to us by the professor---we could never choose an oppropiate topic to do our own research on) and write a paper and give an oral report on the topic.

Again, ANYWAY, there was a fellow student who chose to research Adam's first wife Lilly (I think this was her name). Apparently, Adam (the first man made by God's hands) was made at the same time as his counterpart 'Lilly'. According to a certain kind of Bible God made Adam and Lilly at the same time from the same dirt.

But there was a problem- Adam wanted to have sex with 'Lilly' and Lilly didn't like the way Adam had sex. See Adam only wanted to have while he was on top, and Lilly was not about any of that. She wanted to be on top (or in other positions {please use your imagination}). Since they could not agree on how to have sex Lilly may have had sex with demons or other things and spawned demon children.

Of course, Adam did not want to be with Lilly so he asked God for another woman, one who would please him the way he wanted and God took a rib from Adam and made Eve. Needless to say Adam eventually became disappointed with Eve also, but that's for another post :)

So has anyone ever heard of this story? I was the only one in class going WHAT???????? The Bible says WHAT????? So please help! I will accept all theories and information. I really would like to learn more about this story and where it comes from.
